Best location Great view over the Ammersee with Alpine panoramas. At the measure I drank, a normal light was just nothing particularly limp in taste.

Contrary to some opinions, the dishes here (starters, main courses and desserts) are very fresh, of high quality and very good. A pleasure in taste, an eye-catcher and a feast for the eyes. Everything is homemade and handmade. Regardless of whether "just" the side salad, the "bare" cheese spaetzle or the roast beef onion with an irresistibly good creamy sauce - everything is a real pleasure. The prices are justified. The service and the wait staff are extremely friendly and courteous. - A big thanks also to Sabrina, who made our stay a highlight of the day. The location is absolutely inviting, cozy, hospitable at any time of the day and in any weather, and it also lacks romance. ... Please keep it up.

Beautifully located beer garden with a great view of the Ammersee. However, the organization in the self-service area is an imposition An operating window for food and drinks - you can queue up for an apple spritzer for 30 minutes. And that at half past eight in the evening during the week.

Extremely delicious food, worth the price-intensive amount, great location with a direct view of the Ammersee, friendly, courteous waiters, parking lot about 100 meters away, only the toilets are not handicapped accessible and can only be reached via stairs. If you have enough change, highly recommended.

The food is excellent and the service is friendly. We like to go there regularly. The prices are more in the upper range, but the food is worth every penny. With just small children, I wouldn't necessarily go to the restaurant, but rather to the beer garden.

We had a great evening in the beer garden with our group of boys right on the Ammersee! The food was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and understanding! I can only recommend the restaurant and the guys loved it too.

Visited beer garden. The view was great. But the food is awful. Ready-made sauces that didn't taste like anything. Meatball not good, potato salad out of the bucket 👎 and the toilet didn't look good either, unfortunately. The food was also very expensive and three people disappointed.

A lot of money for little service, Wienerle with French fries for just under 7 euros ... The two Viennese together are as big as one. The fries were also too little ... Schnitzel for just under 10, - also quite thin and here again few fries ... I don't understand ... Didn't eat and got a little more ice cream from the fisherman.

We had a wonderful wedding party on the great lake terrace. Thanks to the very early service and the great planning support, everyone enjoyed the festival. The day before, we were able to relax and bring cakes and decorations / seat cushions (which you had to bring yourself due to Corona guidelines), menu cards were prepared by the restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the food. The lake and the jetties nearby also offered great photo opportunities. So we had an all-round great party.

Nice place for a stopover on the way back from the Bavarian Forest. If you are used to the prices from the Bavarian Forest from your vacation, then it is really upscale price range here. But you can have a white beer. The great view is at least free of charge. 🍺😊

We hadn't made a reservation and looked for a place to have coffee. The reception was very friendly. We were only asked if we would be ready in 1 3/4 hours, since the table was reserved from then on. The order came really quickly and the drinks and cake were really good. We felt we were in good hands here. 👍🏻

Fantastic view, great Fish and Food

Very very delicious food. Friendly and nice service. AhrenTrue for the first time and were totally thrilled. Had ordered a fillet of beef steak and despite not being asked how I would like it to be, he fried it exactly how I like it to eat. Juicy. Pink in the core. Nice rust aroma.

Stop by here by accident because it was close to the highway and were were very pleasently surprised. Excellent service, super friendly staff. Within 15 min we got our drinks and food. They serve traditional Bavarian dishes and if you are into that i wold highly recommend this place. Very nice location with a huge garden and the view at lake.

Fabulous restaurant with a great view and delicious food. The service friendly, attentive and easy going. The choice of dishes varied, down-to-earth with a touch of extravagance. My mother celebrated her 60th birthday there. We were especially greeted, the table was decorated well and there was also a surprise. We will definitely come back here.

Insanely beautiful view. Nice food in the beer garden (spare ribs were very good). But I've also heard that you can also have bad luck with your food. Never happened to me personally, but only so additional information. Staff was friendly. Hygiene very good.

A little disappointing. Service was not particularly friendly, and the salat I ordered was not particularly fresh 🤨. I’ve been here several times before and it was always a very pleasant experience. Maybe just a bad day...

Was a little disappointed at first, since we were already there for 15-20min, but somehow we were overlooked and forgot to bring us a map. However, hat times apologized that we were overlooked. The food was really fantastic! Price performance is fair if you consider what you can enjoy for a wonderful view! Would love to come back!

Honestly, have had a lot better... ordered standard Schnitzel und Pommes very very disappointing small portions and dry all for € 17.50☹ The staff were very stressed but on our table friendly (nense the 1 star ) nice views of the lake. IMPORTANT! Just been informed because we were a large group that had prebooked we received the smaller limited no frills menu of only 5 dishes and smaller portions but still to the full price. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL Talking to other members of our party today all were very disappointed, never again! Shameful of the management!!!

Nice stuff and food

After sunbathing and swimming we went to this great Restaurant. We have been there before but this time we had to choose the Biergarten because the waiters didn’t have a place for eight people ... it’s no secret that’s a place for the money people but still to sit there is great as you can see at the photos. Food was ok but not overwhelming. But still we enjoyed it cause they have a playground :)

Food was ok but nothing more! Server should change his job or learn how to serve professional! It’s sad but an incompetent guy can destroy a nice atmosphere. Never again
